TITLE IX For All: A Year In Review
Last October, after a public inquiry, we announced our decision to relaunch our platform. We relaunched on 11/29/2018. With the sun setting on 2019, this an ideal time to reflect on our progress and overall direction.
Our niche is the development of data and technology resources in the Title IX space. We currently have two key resources: a database of lawsuits by respondents to higher ed Title IX investigations (Title IX Legal Database), and a database of investigations by the Department of Education’s Office of Civil Rights (OCR Database). We maintain these resources in addition to performing other operations such as newsletters and social media, public speaking, counseling, referrals, networking, and writing.
