LAWSUIT: Expelled Gay Male Sues Shenandoah University for $200K and Reinstatement

A Senior Male at SU was 12 credits shy of his degree when he was expelled. His accusers were two fellow members of a improvisational comedy troupe at the school, both of whom claimed he groped them inappropriately. The expelled male’s lawsuit claims that he was targeted and expelled because he is homosexual, and states that there is evidence that the encounters were consensual that was ignored by the school. His lawsuit was recently filed in Winchester Circuit Court.
