JUDGE RULES Armaan Premjee Innocent. USC Evil Woman Gretchen Means Defies Ruling

Last month The Office of Equity and Diversity found junior Armaan Premjee responsible for charged policy violations after a yearlong investigation into sexual assault charges from last April 2017. A court transcript from a July 2017 hearing shows Judge Michael Pastor telling prosecutors they couldn’t meet even their “minimal” pretrial burden of “reasonable suspicion” against Premjee, in light of the video evidence. “I look to the totality of the evidence in this case, not any individual aspect of evidence. There is no indication of any withdrawal of consent.” Yet months later, USC’s Gretchen Means, the executive director of OED said F-YOU to Judge Pastor’s ruling regarding the clear video evidence of Mr. Premjee’s innocence.  Now that the investigation has concluded, Premjee could face sanctions that range from counseling and community reparations to suspension and expulsion depending on the gravity of the actions that he was found responsible for, according to USC Title IX policy.
