‘John Doe’ lawsuit against Amherst College headed back to court after mediation unsuccessful

Mediation efforts to resolve a federal lawsuit filed against Amherst College by a former student who says he was falsely accused of rape were unsuccessful, and now the case appears to be headed back to the courtroom, according to documents filed in U.S. District Court.
