Facts matter. Charges against three men accused of raping a University of Alabama student have been dropped after a grand jury agreed there wasn’t enough evidence to prosecute. The Tuscaloosa County District Attorney’s Office asked for the cases to be dismissed after the grand jury returned a no bill in each case.
