GOOD NEWS: Judge Reverses Decision in Doe’s Due Process Lawsuit against Ohio State.
OPINION and ORDER granting in part and denying in part Plaintiff’s Motion for Reconsideration of the Court’s 3/10/17 Opinion and Order in that Plaintiffs equal protection claim that was previously dismissed is reinstated against Defendants Ohio State University, Kelly Smith, and Matthew Page.
