This is the reality as of 2011. Accusers make Title IX false accusations, and those accused are denied numerous constitutional rights. I am a concerned mother who wants to save America’s sons from being unjustly expelled. I also want to keep our college boys in college, where they belong. Our best and brightest and kindest boys are being refused a college education at the hands of false accusations and illegal covert college hearings. Sexual assault is serious, but Title IX turns an accusation into comical theater complete with untrained finger pointing gender specialists. Currently, innocent accused males who endure a Title IX inquisition are determined guilty with ZERO evidence from the accuser.
This is outrageous, unbelievable and un-American.
