College men need “ban the box” for references to alleged sexual assault on their transcripts
The sexual grievance industry is pushing for laws that require colleges to note on a transcript if a student was suspended or dismissed for sexual assault…By requiring schools to make notations of transcripts, the government is, effectively, depriving men of their right to pursue an education without affording them even the most rudimentary due process.
