ANONYMOUS=Unidentified, Unnamed, Unspecified…Harvard to Allow Anonymous TitleIX Reporting

Harvard will pilot a new online anonymous reporting system for Title IX complaints starting this July.  “The intent is for the system to be online, as a resource for the Harvard community, in addition to the already existing staff, resources, and trainings available through the Title IX Office,” said Nate Herpich.

Some schools use anonymous Title IX reports to record information regarding incidents of sexual misconduct on or around campus. Princeton, Cornell, Dartmouth, and Reed College allow individuals to make anonymous reports. Northeastern University allows for anonymous reporting, but acknowledges that resulting investigations are necessarily inhibited by anonymity. thecrimson.com– S. Chu & I. Lewis

Per SOS, what this article does not mention is that survivor advocates have been working overtime, behind the scenes to create a college database, a list, of every male at every US college who was accused, regardless of outcome. With an anonymous reporting system, the accused’s name is entered into an online reporting system indefinitely…with the possibility of being shared on a larger, universal database of accused college students, potentially for life.

My advice, Males should avoid, Harvard, Cornell, Dartmouth, Reed, Northeastern, and Yale.-Alice
