SETTLEMENT: John Doe Prevails. Will UC Santa Barbara Ever Stop Violating Due Process Rights?

UC Santa Barbara is notorious for it’s treatment of male students, accused. On multiple occasions, CA courts have chastised, rebuked, scolded and found UCSB in contempt of court for their unlawful acts towards their tuition paying male students.

UCSB also engages in settlement negotiations, but wants this information to go unnoticed. Thankfully KC Johnson caught this settlement. And thanks to Kimberly Lau who handled this case.
