SETTLEMENT: Rather than Face a Real Court w/Due Process, Hartwick College Settles

John Doe’s due process lawsuit against Harwick College has settled. This is the 44th federal lawsuit that has settled before the court rendered any decision in the case. At least 97 of the due process lawsuits that have been filed since Obama’s illegal Dear Colleague letter, have now settled…SOS states that the 2011 DCL is illegal because Obama’s DoED did not adhere to Congress’ mandated Administrative Procedure Act, which provides constitutional safeguards by creating a framework for regulating agencies and their roles.
