GOOD NEWS. Innocent Accused UCSB Student Prevails and Wins.

This accused student won in a California lower court, but UCSB appealed the ruling. Facts matter, and last month UCSB requested for dismissal of appeal. UCSB dropped their appeal.  The win is a wonderful success for this innocent accused student.
