It’s good news for these male students who have been falsely accused. No criminal charges will be brought against two Liberty University student-athletes and one former student accused of sexual assault in September. “We have determined that there is insufficient evidence to file or prosecute any charges in this matter.” So even though the evidence proves the innocence of these males, the T9 committee has determined the male students are guilty based on feelings not facts, and expelled them…(Continuing to prove that males are unjustly denied a college education at the hands of zealots.)

Hundreds of falsely accused students are enduring a flawed justice system by their college. Innocent minorities, and first generation college students are swiftly expelled never to return to higher education. It’s a breath of fresh air that The Today Show notices and has the courage to air a story about this travesty. FACE co-founder Sherry Warner Seefeld is interviewed. Some institutions have security fees to support campus police and security departments, as well as student health fees…But a college’s Title IX office is an administrative department whose existence is mandated by the U.S. Department of Education, and few — if any — rely on student fees.

The male graduate student, identified as John Doe, alleges the university violated due process and Title IX in the way university officials treated him after a female student accused him of sexually assaulting her. The students met on Tinder and had sex. Doe said the sex was consensual. The female student reported it to the university as a sexual assault. In his lawsuit, Doe alleges the university never gave him a fair chance to defend himself because Roe was not at the hearing for him to question her.
Tufts sophomore Jake Goldberg is a friend to SOS. His organization, Students Advocating for Students, offers guidance and support for students who have been accused and must navigate the biased Title IX system. When Jake speaks out in support of constitutionally protected free speech the college cry bullies unleash their ugly side upon him.

Below are words from a Male Student:
“Today I received an email from my school saying that I only had two weeks to complete a mandatory Title IX training, or else I would be dropped from all of my classes. Now this would not normally bother me, its just another one of those things that need to be done,
However, last year there was a girl, who would always go to parties, get drunk and end up hooking up with random party goers, So at one of those parties same thing as always happened, however the next day she claimed that she had been assaulted, She made a big deal out of it, however After an investigation was conducted it was found that she had no case, and that she had been at fault. However That did not stop our professors, (we were taking the same classes) to extend all her deadlines, allow her to re-take her exams and even went as far as giving her honors. Meanwhile there were a couple of us who had actual medical issues, and yet our professors did not give us leniency. She has now graduated, and the gentleman who she accused has as well, she tried tarnishing his reputation, which did not help yet she was still able to milk the situation enough to get her to graduate with honors, and even free housing.”
What happened in the Dean’s Office at Boalt Hall, the University of California, Berkeley, law school? Enough to get the former dean, Sujit Choudhry, shit-canned as Dean and permanently tarred as a sexual harasser, even though it didn’t go as far as to strip him of tenure and burn a scarlet letter into his forehead. Choudhry is taking his case to federal court, and his friend, Rick Hills, has discovered the virtue of due process. As Choudhry’s complaint in federal court alleges, there is an egregious assault on procedural due process going on at U.C. Berkeley.

It is time that the media change its policy and stop releasing the names of the accused…The media witch hunt confines the accused in the stocks and invites a rush to judgment. Defendants, before guilt or innocence is ascertained, are brought to their knees, humiliated, their families suffering in their wake. We recognize the stigma that can stain the victim but ignore the defendant’s rights and reputation.

The lawsuit has been of enormous value in producing documents that exposed both the closed-minded incompetence of Rolling Stone and the poisonous, guilt-presuming campus atmosphere at UVA.

The student, known only in his court case as John Doe, had not been “convicted” of anything, but rather held “responsible” for sexual misconduct by a university tribunal, a finding that the judge vacated last week while blasting the email campaign…”having read a few of the emails, it is abundantly clear that the writers, while passionate, were woefully ignorant about the issues before the Court.” The court found other flaws in the process as well, including the university’s failure to allow the man to introduce evidence that he believed was exculpatory.
