Doe filed suit in April after being suspended from Brown based on sexual misconduct allegations…the Student Conduct Board found him responsible for misconduct and suspended him for 2 1/2 years after an unfair hearing in which board members failed to challenge or question her account and refused to let him present certain evidence and testimony…“The hearing was a mere formality to conclude John Doe’s predetermined guilt.”…Doe is also suing his accuser, Jane Doe, of California, alleging she defamed and slandered him by filing a false sexual-misconduct report that led to his suspension from an “elite” liberal-arts university.

The American Law Institute, a scholarly group influential in legal circles, is beginning to craft guidelines on campus sexual assault…The campus-rape project, will involve developing “guiding principles” for college officials, courts, and legislatures to use as a resource…The principles will cover reporting, interim measures designed to help alleged victims, relations between campus and law-enforcement officials, and the adjudication of cases.
Devoid of facts and eager to add renewed vigor to their flailing movement, the rabid feminists loudly proclaim and denounce the so-called “rape epidemic” on college campuses, all the while ignoring the “justice epidemic” they have created. At the hand of feminists, college campuses are quickly becoming microcosms of injustice – where no rape accusation is a false accusation and all men are guilty by virtue of their gender.
